We are looking for an experienced
Application Management Services (AMS) Lead
to drive
monitoring, incident management, and operational excellence
for mission-critical applications.
Location:
Costa Mesa, CA (Onsite)
Duration:
6 months (possible extension)
Work Authorization:
USC & GC Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end
application monitoring & observability
• Own the full
incident lifecycle
(detection → triage → resolution)
• Manage
high-severity outages
and drive RCA & preventive actions
• Build and maintain
dashboards, alerts, and monitoring metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system stability
• Ensure
SLA compliance
and continuous AMS improvements
• Support
on-call operations
and escalation processes
Required Skills:
• Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, ELK/Kibana, Grafana, OpenSearch
• ITSM Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Status Page
• Incident Handling: xMatters
• Strong experience in
issue triage, outage handling, and RCA creation

incident war rooms & stakeholder communication
