Role Description
As a member of the Integrated Financial Planning team, the Financial Planning Specialist works with financial advisors to deliver financial security to their clients through a comprehensive planning process that integrates risk and investment products. Specialists help financial representatives increase productivity by providing planning and integrated operations support. The ideal Financial Planning Specialist is a dedicated and collaborative team-player who can also work independently.
Investment Operations
Provide all materials needed to support the investment client onboarding process
Open/fund investment accounts and investment service requests such as funds disbursements, account transfers, securities trading and trade correction requests
Complete investment service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, updates to banking information, etc.
Administrative & Operational
Partner with the team and subscribing advisors with a variety of tasks that require a heightened attention to detail
Demonstrate strong organizational skill including but not limited to task prioritization, email communication follow up, as well as tracking of various advisor and team related items
Support team operational efforts as requested
Reinforce registered representative adherence with network office business and compliance guidelines
Reinforce the financial representative’s development and growth goals
