About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to drive our cloud infrastructure, CI CD practices, and data pipeline architecture. You will be the technical anchor for the DevOps function — mentoring engineers, designing scalable ETL pipelines on Azure, and partnering closely with data engineering, platform, and product teams to accelerate delivery. This is a high-ownership role that blends hands-on engineering with team leadership. Core Technical Requirements Azure & DevOps • 7–8 years in DevOps Cloud engineering roles • Deep expertise in Azure DevOps: Boards, Pipelines, Repos, and Artifacts • Hands-on experience with Azure services: ADF, Azure Functions, AKS, ETL using Azure DevOps • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and or Bicep ARM templates • Expertise in CI CD pipeline design, branching strategies, and release management ETL & Data Engineering • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining ETL ELT pipelines at scale • Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or equivalent orchestration tools • Experience with data Lakehouse patterns: ADLS Gen2, Azure Synapse • Pipeline monitoring, alerting, and SLA management for data workloads • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or PySpark for pipeline scripting and transformation
