What You’ll Do
Manage a high volume of small business customer accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ongoing support
Conduct virtual and phone-based check-ins to drive satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities to improve customer value and increase product adoption
Partner closely with sales, support, and operations teams to deliver solutions

What We’re Looking For
Student in final year or
recent graduate (0–4 years of experience)
Strong communicator with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable managing multiple customer relationships and priorities
Interest in customer success, business operations, or logistics
Data-driven mindset; internship or campus leadership experience is a plus
