We're hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at ITMAGINATION.
We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the position of Senior Ruby on Rails Developer and participate in an up-and-coming project for our client from the storage industry.
Responsibilities Lead development with strong hands-on experience in Ruby and OOP principles
Write clean, modular code using DRY principles and RSpec for robust testing
Design and manage scalable SQL databases (PostgreSQL)
Build reliable background jobs using Sidekiq and Redis (idempotent design)
Optimize performance with caching (page & fragment level)
Collaborate with React front-end and oversee code reviews for quality
Requirements 5 - 8 years of professional Ruby on Rails experience.
Deep expertise in Rails: ActiveRecord, Polymorphism, STI, APIs, and MVC structure
Good to have experience with Docker, AWS, and performance optimization
English at min. B2 level
