Role Description
We\'re looking for a driven, detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online presence - from the moment an order lands to the moment it ships, and every pixel of the customer experience in between. You\'ll sit at the crossroads of operations, creative, and marketing to grow a seamless digital storefront.
Order Fulfillment: Pull, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time while maintaining organized fulfillment records.
Customer Service: Respond to online customer inquiries, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure a five-star post-purchase experience.
Product Uploads: Add new products to the website with accurate descriptions, optimized copy, pricing, and high-quality imagery.
Website Merchandising & Campaigns: Design and maintain on-site banners, landing pages, and promotional placements that drive conversion.
Email & Social Media Marketing: Build and send email blasts, and create engaging content across social platforms to drive traffic, brand awareness, and online sales.
In-Store Support: Assist the retail floor team as needed, bridging the gap between online and in-store customer experiences.
Qualifications
Strong written communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Retail or warehouse fulfillment experience a plus
Familiarity with Shopify, Photoroom, Canva, and Klaviyo preferred but not required
