Basic Purpose Support Sales and Marketing initiatives by ensuring content is created, published and tested for global consumer and travel partner websites. Collaborate with other team members and work with third‑party applications to improve user engagement, interaction and conversions.
Position Responsibilities Partner with Content and Editorial teams to create, publish, and continuously optimize SEO‑rich website content within the CMS.
Own day‑to‑day CMS content updates, including company, brand, ship, and itinerary announcements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Plan and maintain a content update schedule to keep site information current, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
Create and edit web content using HTML/CSS, and perform routine audits of copy, images, and on‑page SEO elements.
Review and optimize page templates, components, and content modules to improve user engagement, discoverability, and conversion.
Support CMS enhancements by documenting requirements, opening JIRA tickets, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all CMS‑related releases.
Monitor and respond to webmaster and web content request inboxes; test, track, and resolve content‑related issues and bugs.
Maintain operational site content including chat updates, basic site & administration tasks such as processing invoices, and competitive content benchmarking.
Perform other job‑related functions.
Education Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and job experience.
Experience 2 years of eCommerce or Marketing experience.
Knowledge & Skills In‑depth experience with Content Management systems and a thorough understanding of eCommerce websites.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop.
Understanding of JavaScript development and constraints.
Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
Passionate about performance‑based content development.
Be highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work on multiple projects at once.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
