About the Role
We are seeking a people-focused Production Manager to lead warehouse manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and team engagement while building a culture rooted in continuous improvement.
As a key leader, you’ll be highly visible on the floor—coaching teams, improving processes, and ensuring operational excellence every day.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve high performance
Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and engagement
Support employee training, development, and retention
Safety & Compliance
Champion a strong safety culture through LOTO, BBSO, and 5S initiatives
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits and lead by example on the floor
Operational Excellence
Conduct daily Gemba walks and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events
Identify and resolve production challenges to improve efficiency
Production & Performance
Drive production output, quality standards, and on-time delivery
Manage staffing levels and labor efficiency
Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity within ERP systems
Employee Engagement
Lead team meetings and communication efforts
Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs
Build a positive, high-performing team environment
Qualifications
5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
