A mission driven nonprofit organization serving vulnerable populations across New York City, is launching a new psychiatry service line and seeking a full time Psychiatrist to support adult patients across multiple community based locations.
Job Description:
Compensation : $200000 - $300000 Job ID : 44594
Job Function:
* Adult outpatient psychiatry role supporting 7 total locations:4 sites in Manhattan, 2 sites in the Bronx and. 1 site in Brooklyn (Bed Stuy).
* Sites are community based and some are located close to one another.
* Flexible scheduling options (e.g., 8:00-4:00, 9:00-5:00, 11:00-7:00).
* No call responsibilities.
* All care is currently in person (patients are not tech savvy).Schedule will be built collaboratively based on site needsSome locations may require weekly presence.
* Others may require coverage every 1-2 weeks.
* Adult patient population.
* Mileage and gas reimbursed for travel between sites.
Brand new psychiatry service line with opportunity to shape workflows and presence.
Job Requirements:
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
* Eligible for New York medical licensure
* Interest in community based, mission driven care
* Comfort working across multiple outpatient sites
