“The Cause” and Mobilization Facilitator: “Facilitating the work of raising up a new generation of missionaries through the mobilization of the Church in the Eurasia Region.” Do you have a passion for mobilizing the Church for missions through mission trips? “This missionary will serve as key support in the development and implementation of ‘The Cause’ across the region.
Their role focuses on strengthening short‑ and medium‑term mission opportunities and the development of missionary candidates through coordination, logistics, communication, and training.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and setup of short‑and medium‑term mobilization opportunities across the region.
Coordinate promotion and communication efforts, including the creation of promotional materials, resources, and social media content.
Oversee logistical support for mission service opportunities (site preparation, travel, insurance, administration, programming, etc.).
Support the follow‑up and mentoring of candidates who express a missionary calling through “The Cause.”
Assist with the candidate recruitment and follow‑up process via SageRecruit.
Support the development of new missionary initiatives. Serve as facilitators and support in missionary training events (e.g., pre‑deployment training, EMO, UMT, etc.).
Requirements
Clear calling to missions.
Flexibility and adaptability to serve in diverse settings.
Passion for missions and working with youth.
Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Basic administrative and organizational abilities.
A team player with a collaborative spirit.
Someone who is visionary, creative, and eager to contribute ideas.
Proactive and committed to achieving the goals and objectives of the Mobilization team.
Previous missions experience, locally or globally.
