We are hiring a Business Development Manager who lives for sales. This role is for someone who loves the hunt, thrives on the phone, and measures success by deals closed. The Role This is a pure new business role.
Your focus is hunting, finding, qualifying, and closing new retreat leader partnerships. You will not be responsible for long-term account servicing or post-close execution. Once a deal is closed, it is handed off to our internal team so you can move immediately to the next opportunity.
You will work independently in a remote environment, supported by marketing, leadership, and account management, while owning your activity, pipeline, and results.
What You’ll Do Prospect and cold call wellness professionals, studio owners, coaches, creators, and community leaders
Expectation of 300 outbound calls per week, adjusted only during high-volume meeting weeks
Book and run an average of 10 qualified meetings per week
Control sales conversations, qualify decisively, and handle objections directly
Position Fit4Travel as the preferred retreat platform through a consultative sales approach
Close new retreat leader agreements capable of producing 10 plus paid travelers
Accurately manage pipeline, notes, and deal stages in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams while fully owning your number

Qualified meetings booked weekly
Retreat agreements closed
Revenue generated
