We offer a relocation bonus!Senior Comm Unity Care of Colorado PACE is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare subsidiary of the Volunteers of America parent organization.Pay: $64,000
- $80,000 annually, based on experience! Relocation Bonus Offered!Schedule: Monday
- Friday 8a-5pm.

Uses pertinent data to plan and implement appropriate nutrition interventions and communicates the information to the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the nutritional needs of the participants are met.
Performs nutritional assessment and provides nutritional education for Senior Comm Unity Care participants requiring interventions.
Coordinates serving of meals; monitors/coordinates kitchen facilities to ensure standards are met.
