Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
Implement network security measures and policies
Perform network capacity planning and upgrades
Maintain documentation of network architecture and configurations
Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for system integration
Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3-7 years of experience in network engineering
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
Hands-on experience with:
Cisco routers & switches
Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA)
Wireless technologies
Experience with network monitoring tools
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Certifications
CCNA / CCNP
CompTIA Network+
Fortinet NSE
Palo Alto PCNSE
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Time management and multitasking
Work Environment
On-premise / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)
