Network Engineer

That’s why we need you, a network engineer who knows how to develop the exact network our partner needs.
As a network engineer on our team, you’ll use your skills in network design and LAN operations to help support the nation’s defense and respond to evolving adversaries. You’ll help design and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems.
You’ll apply your knowledge in LANs as you join our team of problem-solvers to meet international cooperation mission requirements.
Your knowledge of network protocols will come in handy as you help optimize client operations and modernization. Using your experience in integration you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients on mission-critical projects. Using your technical curiosity and knowledge of industry standards, you’ll make an impact on national security missions.

You Have:
Experience in computer networks and computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configuration
Experience capturing network requirements from a client and incorporating in a topline requirements matrix
Ability to propose network solutions that align with the overall SoS architecture
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with C2/TDL systems and integrations
Experience with foreign military sales and international security cooperation
Knowledge of cybersecurity hardening practices
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
