What's the Job?
Lead the strategy, architecture, and design of enterprise load balancing and application delivery solutions across data centers, edge locations, and cloud environments.
Develop and implement automation solutions using Python, Ansible, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code principles to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure load balancing capabilities support business continuity, security, and performance objectives.
Proactively identify and mitigate capacity, performance, and resiliency risks within load balancing environments.
Lead security and compliance initiatives related to application delivery platforms, including TLS policies and WAF integrations.
What's Needed?
At least 4 years of Network Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
5+ years of experience developing automation for network or application delivery platforms using Python and Ansible.
Hands‑on experience with load balancing and application delivery technologies (Layer 4/7).
Strong understanding of network data, data modeling, and data sources to ensure automation reliability.
Experience managing network and application delivery data using systems like ServiceNow or Nautobot is a plus.
