We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Skin Esthetics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of skin esthetics areas and a desire to educate and inspire future professionals in the field.
*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for the Skin Esthetics Instructor position located in the Fargo, ND Campus. The instructor will implement curriculum and teaching standards to our students in various skin esthetics techniques including facials, hair removal, makeup applications, skin care, product knowledge and so on. Development of different lesson plans and educational materials to enhance student learning. Education will be to not only instruct with books and handouts, but also by providing hands-on demonstrations and guidance to students. Key responsibilities involve evaluating student performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintaining and staying current with industry trends and techniques to ensure curriculum relevance. Fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
*Qualifications*
* Ensuring compliance with regulations and must hold a valid Cosmetology or Esthetics license in ND.
* Providing leadership for students, clients and other staff, and fostering a safe and supportive learning environment
* Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated problem-solving ability are required. Computer literacy is required. The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required.
* Passion for educating and mentoring students in the field of skin esthetic
