We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. This role combines hands‑on engineering with strategic stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions, developing standardized templates and policies, and leading refresh and re‑architecture projects across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement enterprise network solutions across diverse environments.
Develop and maintain standardized templates, policies, and documentation for network operations.
Lead network refresh, migration, and modernization efforts at scale.
Integrate core engineering services with customer‑facing environments, ensuring compliance and security best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and present network architectures clearly.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and author detailed change plans for implementation.
Drive performance improvements and harden security posture across all network layers.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in network administration/engineering with proven ownership of design and implementation.
Expertise in routing and switching, firewall policy management, and network segmentation.
Strong knowledge of protocols such as BGP and OSPF .
Ability to engineer new products/designs and lead refresh/migration efforts across multiple sites.
Experience integrating engineering services with customer‑facing environments (e.g., template governance, CICD‑adjacent controls).
Excellent communication skills for customer‑facing interactions and stakeholder engagement.
Strong documentation habits and adherence to security/compliance best practices.
