ProArch is an IT services and consulting company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We are growing and looking to hire highly qualified, motivated, hard‑working professionals. This role is open for a Network Engineer.

Base Pay Range
$100,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:

Perform network assessments including discovery, analysis, recommendations, and remediation for WAN, LAN, WLAN, and hybrid virtual networks.

Configure and implement switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls.

Design network infrastructure to meet client objectives including WAN, LAN, and virtual network.

Design, configure, and implement wireless networks.

Design and configure hybrid cloud networking (Azure / AWS / on‑premises).

Secondary Responsibilities:

Analyze network topologies, security architectures, solutions, tools, and IT policies to find gaps.

Harden devices per best practices and industry standards.

Design and implement SAN specific storage networks (FCoE, iSCSI, FC, Storage Spaces, vSAN).

Understand virtualized networking for VMware vSphere, NSX, and Microsoft Hyper‑V.

Integrate cloud services.

Desired but Not Required Skills

Server management tasks on Windows servers (AD, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, File, Print, Radius, IIS).

Primary Vendor Technical Skill Sets

Firewall: Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, Barracuda, others.

Switching: Cisco, HPE, Brocade.

Routing: Cisco, HPE.

WLAN: Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus, HPE.

Load Balancer: KEMP, Barracuda.

Education and Certifications

Minimum 4+ years networking experience.

Desired certifications: Microsoft, Cisco, Security, VMware.

Professional certifications must be actively maintained and new certifications pursued.

Must pass a written and verbal technical assessment.

Requirements

Proven collaborator with mentoring and technical leadership experience.

Creative problem solver able to provide innovative input.

Ownership of projects, tasks, and client deliverables.

Motivated, thorough, accurate, articulate.

Strong prioritization and handling shifting priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Documentation skills.

Presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Broad knowledge of IT services industry trends.

Analysis of best‑practice gaps.

Sales collaboration: identify opportunities, propose, and close deals.

Collaboration with Security team to harden and recommend.

Provide daily time accounting and monthly expense reports.

Travel required within continental United States.
