We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer II to join our team! This role is ideal for a seasoned network professional with advanced experience in LAN/WAN infrastructure, information security, and systems engineering who thrives in both technical execution and mentorship.
What You’ll Do:
Design and develop infrastructure strategies aligned with IT and information management goals
Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain network systems and related infrastructure
Monitor system integrity, apply patches/updates, and perform performance tuning and upgrades
Troubleshoot complex network issues and determine root cause
Install, configure, and manage LAN/WAN environments and firewall systems
Introduce new technologies into existing data center environments
Decommission legacy systems and lead hardware/software migrations
Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and standards
Collect and analyze performance and capacity data to prevent downtime
Customer-Focused:
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate service expectations clearly
Document incidents, activities, and resolutions thoroughly
Provide after-hours technical support when needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Associate’s Degree in Information Technology (or related field)
CCNA or CCNP Certification-Required
Experience:
5+ years of progressively responsible systems and networking experience
Proven ability to architect and maintain medium to large-scale network environments
Firewall installation, configuration, and management
