Facilities Manager – Transportation and Communications
Compensation
Commensurate with experience, starting at $77,041 annually.

How You Will Make An Impact
Assist the Director in developing, tracking and analyzing quality control measures and data to ensure that each department supervised delivers quality service in an efficient manner.
Assist the Director in ensuring that all departments under his or her leadership meet financial and general reporting goals and deadlines.
Periodically assess quality assurance through surveys and holding meetings with residents.
Facilitate staff meetings for supervisory staff to discuss upcoming events and initiatives.
Facilitate staff meetings for employees, to keep employees informed of what is happening or planned.
Provide disciplinary steps related to problems with all staff, up to and including termination.
Ensure timely evaluations and job training for all staff.
Coordinate succession planning and career development initiatives for all members of the departments supervised.
What You Will Need
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Communications/Transportation required. Knowledge of current DOT driving standards and regulations required for Transportation.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
