Hours:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Thursday
- Friday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Duties of the Turret Operator:
- Set up and operate Turret machines to punch sheet metal
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications
- Use calipers and other precision tools to verify product quality
- Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines
Requirements of the Turret Operator:
- Minimum 1 year of experience running or setting up Strippit Turrets
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, metal is a plus
- Proficiency in reading calipers and blueprints
- Strong math skills, including shop math (test required during interview)
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to stand for long periods
- Stable work history and professional demeanor
- Ability to pass a national background check and a non-THC drug test
