About Talkiatry
This role offers independently licensed therapists the opportunity to provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy within a structured and supportive environment. You will manage a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity patients, benefiting from predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and minimal administrative burden. What You'll Do
- Deliver 100% remote, outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, others).
- Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups) and defined, transparent goals.
- Exercise independent treatment decision-making and clinical approach within evidence-based standards.
- Utilize full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing to focus on patient care.
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
What We're Looking For
- Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
- Active, unrestricted license
Great to Have
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making
- Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment
Bonus Points
- Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings
- Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)

- Full-time and part-time W-2 employment $70k with the ability to earn up to $20k in incentives (Therapists with a CA license in hand are eligible for base salary of $90K+ monthly productivity incentive.)
