We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our inbound call center team. In this role, you will assist taxpayers by handling inquiries related to tax procedures, filings, and payments while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to taxpayers via inbound calls
Respond to various tax-related inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Analyze customer concerns and resolve issues using available resources
Apply training knowledge to support problem-solving and decision-making
Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality requirements
Accurately document and access data using basic computer systems
Communicate clearly with proper grammar, spelling, and professionalism
A Day in the Life
Handle high-volume inbound calls in a structured call center environment
Assist customers with tax filing and payment questions
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent service
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (professional environment preferred)
Experience maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Strong verbal communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
Analytical ability to research and resolve inquiries
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a high-volume call center environment
Knowledge of tax regulations
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
