Job Title: Marketing & Lead Growth Specialist
Location: Fort Myers, FL (In Office)
Compensation: $65K Base (Open) + $40K Bonus (Total $105K All In Compensation)
We are recruiting for our client, an established and well known plastic surgery/aesthetics clinic in Fort Myers, FL, looking to hire a motivated Marketing & Lead Growth Specialist who wants to step into a role with real momentum.
This is not a “start from zero” opportunity. The business already generates approximately 200 inbound leads per month, giving you a strong foundation to build on immediately. Your focus will be optimizing, nurturing, and expanding lead generation efforts while improving conversion performance and driving measurable growth.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy and wants to see direct impact from their work.
What you will do
Manage and grow inbound lead flow across marketing channels
Improve conversion rates and lead quality
Build and manage social media ad campaigns (Meta & TikTok)
Execute campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth
Track performance and continuously optimize results
Collaborate with leadership to scale proven strategies
Utilize social media recording room to interview/record patients
