Plant Manager - Injection Molding (Leominster)

Growing plastics company has a terrific opportunity available in Massachusetts for a Plant Manager. This position will be responsible for operations, strategic planning, key account management, working with customers, business development, plastic injection molding and plastics tooling. Some travel is required. Requirements: Must have at 5 years of experience in plastics injection molding and / or injection mold tooling. Strong leadership skills are a must. Must have at least 5 years of experience in Operations Management, Sales Account Management and business development. BS Degree would be a plus.
