Type: W2 Contract

Overview:
The SAP Product Costing Consultant is responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Product Costing solutions to ensure accurate cost calculation, analysis, and reporting across the organization. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to support manufacturing, planning, and procurement processes through tight integration with SAP PP and MM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support SAP Product Costing (CO-PC), including standard cost estimates, cost component structures, and costing variants.
• Analyze and maintain material cost structures, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
• Ensure seamless integration of Product Costing with SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM).
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end costing activities, including cost rollups and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP Product Costing solutions.
• Identify and resolve costing discrepancies related to master data, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and procurement processes.
• Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, including design specifications and process flows.
• Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations for costing processes.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Product Costing (CO‑PC).
• Proven experience integrating SAP Product Costing with SAP PP and SAP MM modules.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures, BOMs, routings, and work centers.
• Experience supporting cost estimates, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Ability to work directly with business users and cross‑functional teams in a consulting or delivery environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP ECC CO.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or cost accounting environments.
• SAP certification in Controlling or related modules.
