Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager (Growth Opportunity)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, well-established organization in the travel and technology space to hire a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone currently operating at the Senior level who is ready to step into a more advanced role with leadership exposure and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute the month-end close process
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and reporting
• Support audit requests and work closely with external auditors
• Assist with system and process improvements, including upcoming ERP implementation
Qualifications
• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Currently operating at a Senior Accountant level or similar
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Background in public accounting or a blend of public + industry is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proven career progression and desire for growth into a leadership role
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $100,000 – $110,000
• Discretionary bonus (strong track record)
• 401(k) with 4% match (no waiting period)

• Fully onsite with flexible scheduling (8–4, 9–5, or 10–6)
