Network Engineer (SD-WAN) Job at MRP Group in Trenton

We’re hiring for an experienced Network Engineer for a Global Telecommunications provider.

The role requires hands‑on expertise in configuring, implementing and managing SD WAN solutions such as Versa or Viptela/Cisco or Fortinet, and other leading platforms. The candidate will work closely with clients to deploy, maintain, and optimize SD WAN infrastructure across a global enterprise environment.

What you’ll do

Build, operate, and support SD‑WAN solutions (Versa or Fortinet or Juniper or Viptela/Cisco)

Configure, implement, and troubleshoot SD‑WAN in global enterprise environments

Perform Day 0 / Day 1 / Day 2 activities and develop runbooks

Integrate SD‑WAN with WAN, LAN, and security platforms

Provide L3/L4 support, root cause analysis, and incident resolution

Lead network migrations, upgrades, and new deployments

Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability

What you bring

5–10 years of networking experience with strong SD‑WAN focus

Hands‑on expertise with Versa SD‑WAN

Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPsec, QoS

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP connectivity

Excellent troubleshooting and client communication skills
