Responsibilities:
- Respond to call lights and assist with resident needs
- Help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Turn and reposition residents as needed
- Track food and fluid intake when required
- Follow dietary guidelines and preferences
- Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff

Required:
- Active Utah CNA certification in good standing
- Clear communication with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to make sound decisions in day-to-day care
- Understanding of basic nursing practices and procedures
- Familiarity with long-term care regulations
