Location & Schedule Part‑time, 10–16 hours per week with at least one 5‑hour day per week in Needham, MA. No relocation or housing assistance.
This role Corporate Communications Intern – early‑career talent program.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of campaigns and events supporting corporate brand initiatives.
Maintain and update editorial calendars and contact lists to coordinate communication channels.
Manage corporate communications platforms (SharePoint, Teams, digital signage) to maximize reach and engagement.
Draft content for internal and external channels (newsletters, social posts, intranet stories, executive briefs, recaps, presentations, website).
Track and report engagement metrics to measure effectiveness of communications efforts.
Help coordinate logistics for communications activations, both in‑person and virtual.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications.
Support multimedia content creation (photos, videos, event recaps) to enhance storytelling.
Attributes & Skills Current student in an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s program.
Must be able to work a part‑time 10–16 hours per week with at least one 5‑hour day per week in Needham, MA.
Has taken coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or social‑media tools is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay range: $26 – $33 USD.
