Incident Response Network Engineer
Duration: 6+ months with potential to convert or extend
Location: Remote - Must reside in US
This role involves serving as an escalation point for SSL certificate requests. The engineer will not be directly responsible for request fulfillment but will handle escalations from the Network Operations team when issues arise during certificate issuance. Additionally, the role includes assisting with the PKI project by collaborating with customers and stakeholders to migrate endpoints to a different certificate authority.

- Network troubleshooting (Layer 2 to Layer 7)

First Day Expectations:
- Acclimate to the network environment by reviewing documentation, Confluence pages, network maps, and asking questions.

- Network Engineer
- Build Engineer

- DHCP/DNS/IPAM (DDI)
- INFOBLOX
- Ansible
- Microsoft DNS/DHCP
