Enhance ECP visibility and program awareness through targeted, effective communication and training campaigns, translating complex topics into simplified, engaging messages while ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s brand and legal standards.

Lead multiple projects and initiatives that require collaboration across various areas of the business while balancing competing priorities, tight timelines, and prescribed budgets.

Support the development and delivery of high-visibility “tone from the top” communications and materials for company leaders, in alignment with the company's strategic goals and ethical standards.

Research, write, edit, and publish content for a variety of communication and training channels, including internal (company intranet, LMS, town halls, video scripts, e‑mails, presentations, etc.) and external (e.g., social media), to emphasize BD’s commitment to a strong ethical culture.

Develop and disseminate case studies and success stories that illustrate the impact of the ECP program as a competitive advantage and reinforce behavioral expectations as it relates to culture, incentives, and discipline.

Incorporate annual risk assessment findings into communication and training plans, aligning messaging with identified risks and promoting awareness and mitigation efforts across the organization.

Manage training-related initiatives, including launches, reminders, and targeted communications, optimizing content and delivery methods to create engaging, adaptive and interactive ECP education.

Adapt messages for regions/business units as needed, ensuring that messaging is effectively tailored to diverse audiences and regional requirements.

Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure cohesive communication strategies and materials and the incorporation of ECP messaging into significant meetings and events (e.g. global town halls, National Sales Meeting, regional meetings, etc.).
