We are actively hiring experienced
Maintenance Technicians
to support a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This is a highly skilled role focused on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance across the facility.
Available Shifts & Compensation
1) Monday – Friday (Night Shift)
Hours:
11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay:
$35–$45/hour
Shift Premium:
+$1/hour
2) Weekend Shift
Hours:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay:
$35–$45/hour
Schedule Perk:
Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 (as long as full schedule is completed)
Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician provides hands-on mechanical, electrical, and technical support across production and facility equipment. This role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance and a commitment to safety, reliability, and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot electrical control systems and mechanical issues
Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Utilize shop tools, machining equipment, and diagnostic instruments
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
Fabricate and repair parts as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and complete work orders
Prioritize tasks and meet production timelines
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong experience with electrical control systems and troubleshooting
Proven ability to repair industrial manufacturing equipment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work overtime as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred Skills
PLC troubleshooting experience
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Exposure to industrial conditions including noise, temperature changes, and vibration
Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions
