Project Manager (Erlanger)

trak group is working with a growing organization to identify a Project Manager who thrives in cross-functional environments and knows how to keep complex initiatives moving forward. This role plays a key part in bringing new products to market—balancing timelines, priorities, and communication across teams to drive results.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams through product development, commercialization, and strategic initiatives
Act as the central point of communication across business, product development, supply chain, and commercialization teams
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and R&D to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
Build and manage project plans in MS Project, with a focus on critical path and risk mitigation
Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate decision-making, remove roadblocks, and maintain project momentum
Support and reinforce best practices in new product development (NPD) processes
Conduct post-launch reviews to identify improvements and strengthen future execution
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
Maintain accurate documentation aligned with stage-gate processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
3–4 years of project management experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally CPG/FMCG
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results without direct authority
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Familiarity with product commercialization and innovation processes
Proficiency with MS365, MS Project, Excel, and SAP
PMP certification and/or Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
Additional Details:
Location: Erlanger, KY (Hybrid - 2 days remote)
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Salary: $110,000-$140,000/year
