Key Responsibilities
Manage workers’ compensation claims with timely investigations and financial accuracy
Ensure proper benefit oversight, claim disposition, and compliance with statutory guidelines
Collaborate with professionals such as doctors, nurses, attorneys, and regulators
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Analyze data to support informed claim decisions
Perform accurate calculations of disability benefits and financial exposure
Use technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in claim handling
Maintain professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions
Support a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
Promote continuous improvement
Claim Representative – Qualifications
Experience in workers’ compensation claims preferred
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Adaptability to evolving workflows and technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated empathy and active listening
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Senior Claim Representative – Qualifications
2+ years of workers’ compensation claims experience required
State adjusting license/certification as required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proven high performance and achievement
Excellent communication and time management skills
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional Details
Hybrid or remote work options available
Candidates near office locations (Hartford, CT; Lake Mary, FL; San Antonio, TX; Naperville, IL; Scottsdale, AZ) are expected to work onsite Tuesday–Thursday
Remote employees may be required to visit the office as needed
Must obtain and maintain a State Adjuster’s License within 1 year of hire
