Overview
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies for key business segments. This role drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and product promotion across traditional and digital channels, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.

DUTIES
Develop and lead omni-channel marketing communication strategies for new and existing products, from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
Define value propositions, positioning, and messaging frameworks; create and guide creative briefs, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Oversee production of marketing assets across multiple channels, including advertising, collateral, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, signage, email, and web.
Collaborate with product management to develop impactful content and differentiated value propositions.
Map and manage the customer journey, delivering targeted, benefit-driven messaging at each stage.
Contribute to annual marketing planning and budget development for assigned segments.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
Monitor competitive activity, including digital presence, promotions, tools, and in-market messaging.
Manage and optimize marketing spend across campaigns and initiatives.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with broader integrated strategies.
Support eCommerce initiatives by creating and managing product content, including copy and digital assets.
Assist in planning and execution of trade shows and events, including media buying and public relations efforts.
Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and generate innovative marketing ideas.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or marketing communications.
Proven experience in trade shows, media buying, and public relations, including end-to-end planning and execution.
Strong knowledge of print production processes and marketing collateral development.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems; experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Salesforce preferred.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Willingness to travel 10–15% (domestic and/or international); valid passport required
