The team is hiring a Junior Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of network environments. This role will provide hands-on exposure to enterprise networking, security, and cloud technologies, while working alongside experienced engineers to develop technical expertise in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for client network issues, escalating when appropriate
Assist senior engineers with network design, configuration, and deployment projects
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot client network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.)
Document configurations, procedures, and best practices
Support onboarding of new client environments as the MSP continues expansion
Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring, ticketing, and support processes
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role within an MSP environment
Exposure to network administration or troubleshooting (e.g., LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers, or wireless access points (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or similar)
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Eagerness to learn and grow into network engineering responsibilities
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent)
Experience with RMM tools and ticketing systems
Exposure to Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
Scripting/automation interest (e.g., PowerShell)
Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000
