Highlights
Manage, lead and coach a team of ~10 Wealth Advisors in a 2B+ AUM region, while serving as the Lead Wealth Advisor to a select group of high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele
Collaborate with advisors to lead the buildout of the region, running point on leads sourced through custodial referral channels, centers of influence, digital leads, GEO and SEO
Competitive compensation package including a significant base salary, performance and profit-based bonuses, business development incentives and clear path to equity
$275,000+ first year compensation package
