Job Title: Procurement Consultant
(Facilities & Indirect)
The Role
We are looking for a motivated
Procurement Consultant
to manage sourcing strategies, specifically focusing on
Facilities Management . You will lead the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and ensure we are getting the best value and quality from our suppliers.
What You’ll Do
Sourcing:
Lead RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs (Requests for Proposal/Info/Quote) from start to finish.
Systems:
Use
Ariba PTP
to manage business requests and issue purchase orders.
Contracts:
Review and negotiate NDAs, Service Agreements (SaaS), and other legal documents.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams and external vendors to find ways to save costs and improve service.
Problem Solving:
Identify root causes for issues in the procurement process and fix them.
Must-Haves (Top Skills)
Ariba Experience:
Must be proficient with the
Ariba PTP System .
Facilities Procurement:
Background in buying facility management services or related technology.
Project Management:
Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines independently.
Communication:
Strong skills in negotiating with vendors and presenting to stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Experience gathering business requirements and troubleshooting complex processes.
Nice-to-Haves
5+ years in Indirect Sourcing.
Experience with contract drafting and legal negotiations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
Experience in a fast-paced or automotive environment.
