Role Overview:
Company’s Digital Services division is seeking a Portfolio Leader – Software & Platform (FAANG) to own and accelerate revenue growth across a high-value portfolio of FAANG, Software & Platform accounts in the United States. This is a P&L leadership role with complete accountability for a US$ 100 Million+ revenue portfolio. The leader will manage and mentor a team of Client Partners and Account Managers, build deep C-suite and VP-level relationships at marquee technology accounts, and spearhead the sale of Companies full suite of IT services—including AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Managed IT, Digital Transformation, QA & Testing, and Product Engineering. The ideal candidate brings a proven background in large-account management within the software and platform ecosystem, combined with the executive presence to open doors, shape deals, and deliver sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Own full P&L accountability for a US$ 100 Million+ revenue portfolio spanning FAANG, Software & Platform accounts; define and execute strategies to accelerate growth, improve wallet share, and expand service lines within existing accounts.
•Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Client Partners and Account Managers; set clear targets, foster a culture of accountability, and develop talent to ensure consistent delivery of revenue and relationship objectives across all accounts.
•Build and sustain deep executive relationships (C-suite, VP, Director level) at FAANG and marquee Software & Platform accounts; serve as a trusted advisor who understands client business priorities and positions Organization’s’s capabilities as strategic enablers.
•Drive end-to-end sales cycles—from opportunity identification and solution shaping to commercials and closure—for Organization’s’s IT services portfolio: AI & Generative AI, Data Engineering, Cloud (Migration, FinOps, Native), Managed IT Services, Digital Transformation, QA & Testing, and Product Engineering.
•Develop and own account plans, pipeline reviews, and QBRs for all key accounts; collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solutions teams to ensure proposals are differentiated, commercially sound, and delivered with excellence.
•Track technology trends, competitive landscape, and evolving buyer priorities within the software and platform segment; translate insights into go-to-market strategies and service innovation that strengthen Organization’s’s competitive positioning.
•Partner with internal practices (AI, Cloud, Data, Digital, QA, Product Engineering) and alliance teams (hyperscalers, ISVs) to co-create compelling, multi-service propositions that address complex client needs and accelerate revenue growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
•20+ years in IT services, technology consulting, or software/platform businesses, with at least 8 years in a senior client-facing leadership role managing large enterprise or hyperscaler accounts.
•Strong domain fluency in AI & Generative AI, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Managed IT Services, Digital Transformation, QA & Testing, and Product Engineering; able to hold credible conversations with both technical and business stakeholders.
•Demonstrated experience managing and growing revenue within FAANG, hyperscaler, or large-scale Software & Platform accounts; deep familiarity with their procurement, vendor management, and engineering buying processes.
•Proven track record of leading and scaling teams of Client Partners and Account Managers, managing portfolios of US$ 75 Million and above, and consistently exceeding growth targets in competitive IT services markets.
•Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build long-term trust with C-suite, VP-level, and senior engineering stakeholders at the world’s most sophisticated technology organizations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
