SUMMARY
Packages are overwhelming apartment communities. Leasing teams didn’t sign up to run mailrooms—but that’s exactly what’s happening across the industry.

For more than 25 years, we’ve helped apartment and student housing operators solve that problem through the management outsourcing of mail and packages, and we’ve offered Luxer One package room and locker systems, for the past 10-years too.

Now we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us tell that story clearly and drive qualified leads. This is a flexible, part-time role for an experienced marketer who can work independently and focus on outcomes—not just activity.

Your job is fun: turn a real, everyday operational problem into clear, compelling marketing that supports growth. Work alongside our national team, from our Raleigh office (hybrid).

What You’ll Own
Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
Build and execute B2B campaigns that generate qualified leads
Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and email nurture sequences
Improve how we use Zoho CRM to drive pipeline growth
Messaging & Positioning
Translate operational problems into simple, compelling messaging
Help prospects quickly understand value (and reduce price resistance)
Continuously refine how we talk about our services across all channels
Sales Support
Create high-impact sales materials (one-pagers, decks, ROI tools)
Align closely with leadership to test what converts and iterate quickly
Digital & Content Strategy
Oversee website updates and SEO direction
Develop content that attracts the right audience (owners, asset managers, operators)
Focus on performance—not vanity metrics
Build simple, repeatable marketing processes
Track performance and adjust based on results
Bring structure without overcomplicating things

Who This Is For
4–8+ years of B2B marketing experience
You’ve generated leads—not just run campaigns
Strong writer who can simplify complex ideas
Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
Experience with CRM-driven marketing (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Bonus: familiarity with multifamily, proptech, or service-based businesses

Details
25-ish hours per week
$35 - $40 per hour (full time salary equivalent $72,800 to $83,200 per year)
Cell phone reimbursement
Flexible work schedule (office hours)
Preferred position located, Raleigh, NC (possibly remote)
