Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and support network and server infrastructure across data centers, POP sites, backbone, and CDN environments
Provide on-site and remote support for production networks in collaboration with vendors and internal teams
Perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and repairs with minimal impact to live environments
Install, test, upgrade, decommission, and re-bootstrap network devices and racks
Turn up new circuits and coordinate with providers to resolve faults and outages
Manage deployment tasks, incidents, and ongoing DC/POP rollout projects
Use internal tools and scripts to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure
Contribute to documentation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in on-call rotations and follow escalation processes to support 24/7 operations
Requirements Professional experience in large-scale network or data center deployment environments
CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent advanced networking certification preferred
Strong understanding of fiber-optic technologies, cabling, optics, and patching systems
Hands-on experience with rack-and-stack, hardware installation, and device lifecycle management
Experience with network optimization, migrations, upgrades, and capacity expansion projects
Familiarity with Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Ciena, Infinera, and ZPE network platforms
Knowledge of DCN environments and data center network builds
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills
Scripting or automation experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment
