The Role:
We aren’t looking for a lab researcher—we need a hands-on Engineer who loves the manufacturing floor. You will be the guardian of our existing NiCad production lines while helping us engineer the next generation of Lithium-ion battery packs.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the manufacturing lifecycle of secondary (rechargeable) battery cells.
Troubleshoot production quality and qualify new material suppliers.
Perform failure analysis and teardowns to support our global sales team.
Collaborate with senior experts to lead critical knowledge transfer as our team grows.
What You Bring:
A Degree in ChemE, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
4-5 years of experience in a battery or chemical manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Li-ion or NiCad chemistries (we are flexible if you have the manufacturing mindset).
A desire to work 100% onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.
