Job Summary:
The Senior
SAP APM / SAP Commissions
Developer will serve as a hands‑on technical contributor responsible for the
design, development, integration, and support of SAP Agent Performance Management
(APM), formerly known as
Callidus ICM.
This role focuses on independent build activities, technical troubleshooting, reporting, and close collaboration with customers and offshore teams to deliver high‑quality SAP Commissions solutions aligned with business requirements.
Job Description:
Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related
field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
You should have
Strong hands‑on SAP APM / SAP Commissions technical expertise
Should have experience in
SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
Strong
SAP APM configuration and implementation
Experience in Groovy scripting,
SQL / PL‑SQL development
SAP APM
data integrations and touchpoints
Jasper Reports
Technical documentation
Demonstrated ability to work
independently in a delivery‑focused technical role
Experience working in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments
Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
