The Multimedia Producer & Studio Operations Specialist is responsible for leveraging multimedia technology to support and enhance internal and external communications that advance the mission of Food For The Poor. Must have a

service-oriented approach. Also, alignment with and commitment to Christian values.
This role produces engaging live and recorded content for distribution across digital and traditional media platforms (i.e. Radio, TV).

Someone with a solid foundation in studio operations who is willing and able to continue learning on the job. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production.

The position requires the ability to operate studio cameras, mix audio, and maintain studio equipment.

The role also supports the creation of video and audio content, including podcasts, assists with filming and editing for live and in-person events, and contributes creative ideas that strengthen storytelling and audience engagement in support of the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce multimedia content for multiple platforms , ensuring consistency with Food For The Poor’s brand guidelines;

work may be performed both on-site and off-site.

Responsibilities include preparing the studio, testing cameras and microphones prior to production, directing camera shots during production, and monitoring audio quality.
Perform post-production tasks

including editing and rendering audio and video content for publication, in coordination with the social media team, as well as organizing and archiving media assets.
Support the execution of live fundraising radio campaigns and in-person events from the Food For The Poor studio

and prayer room, including coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal clients throughout all phases of production

to ensure deliverables meet expectations; translate client ideas into effective creative solutions and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Manage incoming production requests through platforms such as Adobe Workfront and Monday.com , updating project status and working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to meet deadlines.
Ensure the proper operation and ongoing maintenance of the Food For The Poor studio in Coconut Creek.

This includes coordinating with the Information Services department as needed and maintaining all studio equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, switchers, soundboards, computers, and related software.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Broadcast/Communications, Creative Media Technology, or a related field
Experience with multimedia production hardware and software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blackmagic Design systems, Zoom)
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional and/or volunteer experience
Experience in a charitable organization is a plus
