
Lead/Principal Product Manager - Unified Registry (ONLY W2) - Local to SFO, CA (

Duties/Day to Day Overview
• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Unified Registry platform across all brands
• Define and prioritize features that improve registry creation, management, and fulfillment experiences
• Identify and integrate AI-powered innovations — including smart product recommendations, AI-assisted gift curation, and automated registry completion suggestions — to enhance the customer experience
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to build intelligent, personalized registry features that adapt to customer behavior
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Data teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions
• Establish KPIs and success metrics; use data and customer insights to guide decisions
• Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
• Mentor and elevate the work of junior PMs on the tea
Top Requirements
(Must haves)
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in e-commerce or directly comparable retail tech environment
• Proven track record owning complex platform or registry products end-to-end
• Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities to build smarter, personalized customer-facing products
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with data pipelines and product metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in a matrixed organization across multiple brands a plus
