Your Challenge
***This position is in New York City. Qualified candidates must be able to commute to the job site. ***
You will be a part of a team that delivers cutting‑edge IP-based SMPTE 2110 broadcast infrastructure projects.
Your Tasks
Projects and commissioning, with a focus on IP media infrastructure projects
Commissioning and Configuration of delivered products on-site at customer locations.
After-sales support
Technical troubleshooting (remote/on-site)
Close collaboration with the Lawo headquarters in Germany
Pre-Sales Support
Technical Consulting, Conceptual design
Configurations & Programing
Other Duties as Assigned
Your Profile
Education in broadcast, audio, electrical engineering or a related field is required
Experience in the broadcast environment, with a focus on engineering
Experience with IP projects, specifically SMPTE 2110 Networking expertise with respect to Layer 3 environments and Multicast workflow
Passion for new technology
Structured way of working and problem-solving ability driven by delivering service excellence
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Readiness for international travel
Ability to work alone with little or no supervision
Ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced environment
Moderately proficient with Python, Linux and Kubernetes
Experience in Docker and Ansible is preferred.
