A globally recognized IT and consulting firm is building out its IoT & Digital Engineering practice across North America and is hiring for both Business Development (hunter) and Business Relationship Management (farmer) roles across key manufacturing verticals.
Verticals covered: Process & Continuous Manufacturing | Industrial Machinery, Controls & Automation | Chemicals, Pulp & Paper | Food & Beverage | Motion & Control Technology
What these roles involve:
BDM profiles will own new logo acquisition, pipeline development, and large deal closure — measured on TCV, new logos, and revenue growth. BRM profiles will manage and grow named accounts, lead business reviews, and mine for expansion opportunities within established client relationships.
Across both tracks, you'll be selling and shaping engineering and IoT services: product engineering, manufacturing transformation, Edge-to-Cloud platforms, PLM, MES, supply chain, and sustainability solutions.
What we're looking for:
13+ years in solution-based sales or account management within an IT services or engineering services environment
Deep domain knowledge in one or more of the manufacturing verticals above
Proven ability to engage at VP/C-suite level with engineering, IT, and procurement stakeholders
Experience with IoT, Digital Thread, or manufacturing transformation solutions strongly preferred
All roles are full-time permanent, US-based, with client travel expected
Compensation:
$126,700–$184,000 depending on role and experience
