Our client, a leader in the AI Testing Industry, is looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer to join their team for a 12‑month engagement. This project involves developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models to improve performance on domain‑specific datasets and integrating them into production applications. This is a high‑impact role that requires a self‑motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Developing and fine‑tuning machine learning models to improve performance on domain‑specific datasets.
Integrating AI models into production applications via scalable REST or gRPC APIs.
Implementing data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines to ensure high-quality model inputs.
Monitoring model performance in production and executing retraining loops to combat model drift.
Troubleshooting performance bottlenecks in the model inference path to minimize latency for end‑users.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Software Engineering.
Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and scikit‑learn. This isn’t a learning role—you need to be a subject‑matter expert.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud‑based ML platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI).
Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
