About the Role We're seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Defense AI team. You'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge ML systems for mission-critical defense applications.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement advanced machine learning models for defense applications
Lead technical architecture decisions for ML infrastructure
Collaborate with defense stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
Ensure ML systems meet strict security and compliance requirements
Requirements 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Experience with ML deployment in production environments
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required
Preferred Qualifications Experience with defense or government projects
Background in computer vision or NLP
Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD for ML systems
Active security clearance
